StretchLab, the industry leader in one-on-one assisted stretching, seeks a Marketing Specialist for our three Treasure Valley studios who is focused on driving leads to our studios and expanding our reach in the wellness community! This is an amazing opportunity to gain marketing experience in the new modality of assisted stretching that is taking the health & wellness industry by storm.

You will keep your finger on the pulse of who our customers are and where to find more of them. Most importantly, you will connect with, educate, and inspire members of our community to begin their own flexibility journey at StretchLab.

In collaboration with our Marketing Manager, seek to build brand awareness, generate leads, and increase our loyal membership base by:

• Coordinating and maintaining the social media accounts for all three of our studios, including:

• Executing monthly social media calendars using local, organic assets as well as corporate-provided assets.
• Creating and publishing on-brand and meaningful photo and video (shorts) campaigns that promote our services and encourage viewer engagement.
• Moderating or acting upon all user-generated content.
• Preparing monthly reports of organic social media key metrics to assess productivity.
• Staying up-to-date on social media best practices and emerging trends.
• Coordinating/hosting fun & exciting promotional events, workshops, and popups outside of our studios that showcase StretchLab\xe2\x80\x99s one-on-one assisted stretching services. This includes:

• Set up and tear down all equipment for each event (tent, portable tables, portable stretch benches, promotional giveaways, etc.).
• Interacting with and educating every prospect about our services, inspiring them to engage in a free demonstration stretch by our Flexologists.
• Building a positive reputation that establishes StretchLab as a leading resource for local health & wellness-related events and activities.
• Assisting with the production and distribution of promotional materials including monthly email newsletters, flyers, brochures, etc.

To perform this job successfully, candidates should meet the following minimum requirements and qualifications:

• Love of boutique wellness environment is a must \xe2\x80\x93 passion for stretching, mobility, flexibility, and a desire to assist others in their wellness goals.
• 1+ years of proven success in social media management preferred.
• Willingness to travel to studios and events throughout the Treasure Valley (using a company van).
• Flexibility to work special events, popups, and workshops on Saturdays/Sundays, as well as weekday early mornings and late evenings. (Social media & design work can be done remotely.)
• Experience using Canva, Microsoft Office, and Google Sheets is required; experience using Digital Stack is preferred.
