Marketing Specialist

Feldco Windows, Siding, Doors & Roofing is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team. As delegated by the Senior Marketing Manager, the Marketing Specialist will be responsible for overseeing marketing efforts in assigned, key Midwestern markets. This includes working with department to plan and budget for markets and capitalizing on what makes each market unique. This will include research on market and competitor information and procuring media such as Streaming/OTT, Print, Direct Mail, Digital, and Sponsorships. We are looking for bright, driven leaders to contribute to our growing company.

Responsibilities

The Marketing Specialist will be a hands-on member of the department and organization. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Planning, budgeting and analysis of marketing campaigns
• Negotiating and placing specific media for assigned markets
• Competitive analysis in marketplace
• Monthly and quarterly reporting of market performance
• Investigate new lead sources
• Research and initiate community involvement initiatives
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with local vendors and Feldco management in assigned markets.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Excellent oral & written communication skills, ability to communicate internally and externally throughout all levels of the company
• Exceptional attention to detail
• High energy and self-motivated, able to work independently
• Strong capability with MS Windows applications, Power Point and Excel
• Highest standards of ethics & handling matters of a confidential nature
• Previous project management experience preferred; home improvement experience not required
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent
• Knowledge of STRATA a plus
• OTT/Streaming knowledge required
• Broadcast media experience preferred, not required
