Description of the Role We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to manage all aspects of our company\xe2\x80\x99s email marketing campaigns, from assisting the Digital Marketing Copywriter with writing the copy to setting up the campaigns in Klaviyo. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will also be required to collaborate with team members across departments and assist the Digital Marketing Account Manager, Digital Marketing Copywriter, and Graphic Designer with creating effective email marketing strategies. In this role, we expect you to build targeted email campaigns, study analytics and performance, and provide insight that will ensure high open and click-through rates and reliably generate sales. Other responsibilities include monitoring campaign KPIs, optimizing ongoing campaigns, running A/B tests, and delivering weekly reports. Our ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of best email marketing practices and be familiar with A/B testing tools. Excellent writing and proofreading skills are mandatory for the role. We prefer candidates with a strong background in Digital Marketing and Email Copywriting. One of our clients is in the adult novelty product category. You will need to be comfortable working with the adult ecommerce industry. Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and implement email marketing campaigns that target different segments of our client\xe2\x80\x99s target audience
• Assist with drafting email copy and ensure our promotional emails effectively communicate our client\xe2\x80\x99s brand message and reliably convert email subscribers into paid customers
• Analyze and optimize auto-responder flows for conversion
• Monitor, track, and report the performance of ongoing email marketing campaigns to identify areas of improvement and draw conclusions that help optimize future campaigns
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the design and the layout of our promotional emails align with the brand image and guidelines
• Maintain a database of potential leads and segregate contacts for our email marketing campaigns into different mailing lists
• Manage multiple email tasks via PM software
• Assist with optimizing Retention.com flows and tasks

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in an email marketing-related position
• Excellent analytical, communication, and copywriting skills
• Thorough understanding of email marketing practices and analytics
• Proficiency with email marketing software, such as Klaviyo, MailChimp, GetResponse, and Active Campaign.
• Familiarity with CMS, such as Shopify, Magento, Wix, or Wordpress
• Strong interpersonal skills and possesses professionalism with the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work independently while following overall management strategy.
• This is a fully remote position. Thus, you will need a dependable internet connection and computer with separate workspace.

Compensation and Benefits The annual salary range for this position is $65,000 - $70,000 based on experience You are also eligible for an end-of-year performance bonus up to 10% of your salary based on your performance and the companies\xe2\x80\x99 performance. You will receive a minimum of one compensation review per 12 months. This is a salaried remote position at 40 hours per week. You will be eligible for employer-provided health, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days Nectar provides a 401k plan with an employer match component after 60 days. Nectar provides 15 days of prorated PTO in your first year after your 60th day of employment; 15 full days of PTO in your first full year; and 20 days of PTO in your second full year of employment. Nectar is closed for 8 days per year, which includes 7 Federal holidays and Black Friday. We also offer 2 flex holidays that can be used for Presidents Day, Juneteenth, Good Friday, Patriot Day or Columbus Day.
