You have 2 minutes to figure out the best way to market the importance of girls having super powers and the impact this can have on communities. Of course, we will not know how well you did on this quick exercise unless you apply for this amazing opportunity. At Super 7 Girls, you will be working with a collaborative team who all have the same goal of helping as many girls as possible have access to their superpowers so they can change the world. We need people who can help us understand how best to disseminate our story so we can fulfill the mission of Super 7 Girls. In this new role, you will play a critical role in aligning creative direction with the our strategic goals.

Super 7 Girls would not function without the help of volunteers. We are still a young organization and we are still building our organizational capacity. We are working hard to build our organizational visibility so that we have the ability to help more girls have super powers. As we grow, we need people like you - marketing gurus who can help give voice to the work that we do each day and can highlight the impact that we have on the girls and the overall community. Experience & Education

• Degree in Marketing or Business or other related area
• 1-2 years of project management and marketing experience
  
• Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in writing, face to face and by phone
• Ability to work well as part of the team
• Must be able to maintain data management systems
• Demonstrated leadership experience

Essential Duties, Responsibilities & Requirements

• Must have strong writing skills for correspondence, company materials, and reports
• Assist in building and developing the marketing team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation
• Provide weekly supervision to each Marketing team member
  
• Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope and timelines to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements
• Establish and maintain relationships with each member of the team
• Establish and maintain system processes to track Marketing projects and deadlines for the areas of social media management, graphic design and web development
  
• Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the Marketing Director
• Attend and assist in facilitating monthly team meetings
• Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones
• Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company\xe2\x80\x99s reputation and drive qualified traffic
• Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution

Work Hours and Dates
This position may require approximately 8-10 hours a week. Please note this position is a volunteer position.
