We need a proven marketing manager who is never satisfied with the status quo, can pivot quickly across vendors, platforms, and content types, and who can enable teams through structure. We will improve the quality and effectiveness of our content to stand above the rest and be exceptionally relevant to new audiences, buyers, and buyer personas. Position Type & Location: Full time role in the United States. Responsibilities:

  • Leverage product content for distribution across multiple channels and platforms (digital, web-based, interactive, social, presentation-based, and more) that aligns with business objectives across all industries
  • Advance buyers along their journey by leveraging engaging content including but not limited to research, POVs, video, case studies, interactive media, quizzes, blogs and how-to guides
  • Build targeted outreach lists for campaigns leveraging buyer profile, intent data, etc.
  • Deploy robust lead generation and nurturing programs, in partnership with our digital and direct teams, to increase the number of marketing qualified leads generated and increase the conversion of marketing qualified leads to sales qualified leads.
  • Develop sales enablement materials to be used by business leaders and salespeople in 1:1 sales situations or proposals, in partnership with our proposal team, leveraging Challenger sales framework
  • Partner with business developers to ensure timely follow up of all marketing-qualified leads to convert them to sales accepted leads and ultimately sales
  • Establish, communicate, and facilitate the strategy by working with internal partners in digital marketing, client marketing, corporate/brand marketing, and industry marketing
  • Conduct competitive research and trends-based research to constantly evolve our approach
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of proven success in marketing digital product strategy, experience design & engineering capabilities
  • Expertise in demand generation and outbound campaigns a must
  • Impeccable writing and grammar skills
  • A demonstrated understanding of various industries across the business landscape
  • Track record of managing projects from design to implementation, on-time, and with great relationships
  • Excellent communication skills with the level of professional polish and finesse required to successfully work across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to balance business priorities with creative drive
  • Proven ability to build outstanding relationships across internal departments and external partners

Based on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role can vary based on your proximity to one of our West Monroe offices (see table below). Information on our competitive total rewards package, including our bonus structure and benefits is here. Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity.

Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees will also receive unlimited flexible time off and ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
