We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of marketing, including

traditional and digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be creative, innovative and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to promote the company\'s services and brand.
• Manage and execute all digital and traditional marketing efforts, including but not limited to email marketing, paid ad channels, social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and print advertising.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and ensure brand consistency.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
• Manage and monitor the company\'s website and online presence to improve user experience and generate leads
• Create and manage marketing budgets, track ROI (ROAS, CPC, CTR, and other relevant metrics) and report on campaign performance.
• Identify, vet, hire, and manage expert freelancers, agencies or contractors to assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns. This may include working with web developers, graphic designers, content writers, SEO specialists, and other relevant professionals.
• Gauge the customer experience post sale via phone follow up
