The LFS Group is looking for a Marketing Manager! The ideal candidate must have experience with marketing in the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction industry! JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish programs to accomplish marketing-related aspects of our mission
• Manage prequalification, proposal, and presentation activities
• Coordinate with staff, proposed team members, design partners, subconsultants, and clients to ensure complete, strategic, and winning proposal responses
• Lead, coordinate and manage collateral materials development, public relations and advertising programs, corporate identity development and implementation, special events, and market research activities
• Actively involved in professional and community organizations
• Manage and coordinate internal and external events
• Manage client-contact program
• Develop and maintain the firm\xe2\x80\x99s digital presence
• Maintain marketing library
• Work collaboratively with team members
• Manage resources to produce excellent, high-quality results

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, English, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Comfortable working autonomously and self-initiating marketing projects while working collaboratively and staying accountable to cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, English, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 MUST HAVE AEC (Architectural, Engineering, Construction) INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE.
• Keen design eye and well-practiced with the layout of proposals, resumes, case studies and other marketing assets.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and a diverse workload while maintaining composure under the pressure of deadlines.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, is required.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM software a plus, but not a requirement
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong writing and editing skills, and exceptional graphic layout design skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks amid changing needs and demands, maintaining a constant attention to detail
• Flexibility to periodically work outside normal business hours, and travel as required for business needs

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits:
