The Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of paid digital marketing plans, and CRM including the delivery of guest retention and acquisition objectives for assigned Monro brands and geographic regions. Key resource for in bound leads management, calls and appointments. Focus also includes Mix Media Modeling and Marketing analytics. Responsible for identifying key insights to help drive business decision making around marketing spend, category, customer segments, and strategic initiatives. Also provides supplemental support for Reputation management and local listings.

**This role offers a hybrid schedule**

**Compensation: Salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000. This role is eligible for additional compensation and incentives. Pay will be determined based on experience level.++

Essential Functions:

  • Work with CRM lead on analysis and program design, optimizing investment/ROI and briefing creative.
  • Serve as the analytical lead to the marketing team., gathering third party and primary research data & develop actionable marketing plans to drive business goals.
  • Focus on invested/paid local, regional, and national media campaigns and coordinate plans with third party vendors.
  • Evaluate and define business KPIs and effective ROI; identify actionable opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor budget spend and allocation for local campaigns to maximize impact on programs and tactics.
  • Strategically optimize ads campaigns\' structure and setup.
  • Conduct A/B testing for optimal ad copy and User Experience (UX).
  • Manage, track and report tracked phone calls.
  • Key contact for vendor to troubleshoot and resolve any issues regarding tracking phone numbers.
  • Support teammates in local listing management and reputation management efforts;
  • Stays current with industry trends and actively implements changes to Monro\'s campaigns.
  • Execute programs in a timely and effective manner to meet Monro\'s financial goals.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Management Responsibility:

The Marketing Manager is an individual contributor to the team and operates under the general direction of the Director of Marketing

Qualifications

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance or related field
  • Google Ads Certification with a minimum of 3 years of Google Ads experience
Knowledge & Skills:
  • Strong understanding of program measurement and ROI.
  • Ability in managing vendor relationships in message, brand, etc.
  • Ability to lead and direct others.
  • Able to work collaboratively with multiple levels of the organization and team members.
  • Proven experience maintaining budget and tracking P&L spend.
  • Extremely organized with the ability manage initiatives collaboratively as well as independently for multiple priorities and initiatives under minimal supervision with the ability to change focus quickly to meet business needs.
  • Proficiency with creative/advertising programs and Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong proof-reading and creative vision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Working knowledge of marketing strategies, concepts and practices.
  • Strong background in analytics and proficient to compiling and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data for making insightful recommendations.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners and fax machines. Position requires prolonged periods of sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computer.
