Focus on supporting the definition of our medium to long term customer strategy (Including defining our vision, principles and targets for omni-channel experience, customer loyalty and customer journeys) with the Partners
Identify and analyze strategic opportunity areas
Increase overall visibility of the firm in its major markets
Facilitate the development and maintenance of a robust client / prospect / referral list for marketing campaigns
Develop marketing campaigns for assigned practices and develop end-to-end plans for all (pre- thru post-follow-up) including ROI tracking and reporting
Develop programs to enhance customers satisfaction and retention
Identify and implement the customer relationship management
Manage the brand communication across different channels (including creating editorial and content creation calendars for various media platforms and outlets)
Monitor the marketing budget
Manage the strategy and relationship with the PR Agency
Working with HR to develop Orbiss\xe2\x80\x99 Employer branding
Requirements
Completed at least a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing
At least 3 years of experience in marketing and customer strategy development in BtoB. A marketing experience in a professional services firm would be preferred.
Excellent communications skills (written and oral)
Customer Management experiences
Analytical mind and keen eye for details
A strong ability to lead and ability to take risks without being held back by fear of failure
An ability to respect deadlines
An appeal to work in autonomy but with taste for team\' spirit.
An ability to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
International experience would be a plus
