Marketing, Manager

Your primary mission is to liaise between internal and external stakeholders to develop, produce, document, and execute marketing and branding strategy for assigned artist roster. Function as a first point-of-contact for managers and advocate for artists internally to create strategy consistent with artist vision while achieving company objectives and goals.

What You\'ll Be Doing.

Coordinate the efforts of BBR Music Group departments on behalf of assigned projects including: Digital / Streaming, Social, Creative, Publicity, Marketing, and Radio Promotion

Serve as center-point source of information, requests, and needs regarding all aspects of artist project

Build trusting and collaborative relationship with artist team on behalf of label group

Lead artist management meetings and subsequently set priority action items

Create and update marketing plans and agendas as a resource for external and internal teams to track all project-related timelines, assets, and initiatives

Ensure information is accurately and efficiently communicated to all departments regarding strategy and release plans

Streamline all requests for creation of content, advertising, online tools etc. and ensure established brand strategy is executed consistently across all content and assets

Build and update master release plans, marketing notes, key dates and content calendars

Book and develop advertising materials for trade publications and key digital outlets

Build and maintain relationships with key marketing partners and influencers to develop promotional opportunities around artist projects and releases

Track artist touring schedules in key markets and subsequently coordinate ticket requests

Oversee all aspects of the marketing department internship program including recruitment and management of hired candidate/s

Must Haves.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management, & organizational skills

Previous label experience

Excels at multitasking and prioritization of responsibilities and requests

Country Music knowledge is a plus
