General Marketing

\xc2\xb7 Managing event related graphic design jobs and job order inside of Basecamp

\xc2\xb7 Managing non-artist event related jobs and job order inside of Basecamp

\xc2\xb7 Proofreading and sending all marketing collateral to print as well as keeping track of marketing items for delivery

\xc2\xb7 Keeping up with collateral posted around the venue and replacing when necessary

\xc2\xb7 Coordinating with other departments on specific marketing needs

\xc2\xb7 Managing public relations team and their efforts

\xc2\xb7 Tracking and submitting all invoices

\xc2\xb7 Managing budget tracking

\xc2\xb7 Creating and managing yearly budget

\xc2\xb7 Updating in-venue and CET collateral tracking sheet

\xc2\xb7 Sending monthly photography dates to Global Media Group

\xc2\xb7 Researching and ordering invites for special events from vendors

\xc2\xb7 Sending business cards to print for all departments

\xc2\xb7 Spot checking website and any club listings for errors

\xc2\xb7 Working with Corporate Events Team on any special printing needs

\xc2\xb7 Working with Ops Team for any non-event related printing needs

\xc2\xb7 Working with Host Team to schedule drops

\xc2\xb7 Overseeing billboard flight plan

\xc2\xb7 Working with Caesars to ensure Drai\'s CET signage is up to date

\xc2\xb7 Coordinating with sponsors and facilitating event activations

\xc2\xb7 Sending weekly print jobs to printing companies

Digital

\xc2\xb7 Distributing event banners to 3rd party websites

\xc2\xb7 Scheduling social media posts on Hootsuite

\xc2\xb7 Keeping website calendar updated with all upcoming events

\xc2\xb7 Uploading event assets to the website

\xc2\xb7 Setting up ticketing for all events as needed on UrVenue

\xc2\xb7 Uploading event photos to website galleries

\xc2\xb7 Uploading event videos to website

\xc2\xb7 Uploading and categorizing event photos to Dropbox

\xc2\xb7 Updating website blog

\xc2\xb7 Making social media bit.ly links for artists tracking

\xc2\xb7 Making bit.ly links for 3rd party sites for click tracking

\xc2\xb7 Keeping the bit.ly tracking sheet up to date

\xc2\xb7 Setting up and sending weekly email blasts

\xc2\xb7 Setting up and sending weekly text message blasts

\xc2\xb7 Creating Facebook events with ticketing links and assets

\xc2\xb7 Attending weekly meetings with Digital Marketing Agency

\xc2\xb7 Replying to messages on all social media platforms

\xc2\xb7 Checking all review sites and keeping track / replying to reviews

\xc2\xb7 Creating verbiage and proper hashtags for artists to use on social postings

\xc2\xb7 Distributing advertising assets to Allied Global Marketing

\xc2\xb7 Building and coordinating social campaigns for events

Talent

\xc2\xb7 Sending artwork approvals to artist teams

\xc2\xb7 Sending show announcements and social media posting emails to artist teams

Requirements

- Prior experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite and Sprout)

- Ability to handle multiple projects within strict deadlines

- 4+ years relevant experience in marketing, PR, events or sales

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Top-notch writing, editing and design skills

- BA degree in marketing, communications or related field
