About This Role:

We are looking for an incredible Marketing Manager focused on growth strategies to join us at this pivotal time for our business. As a team of one focused on growth marketing for PCS Software, Inc., you will define and optimize our channel strategy, uncover new growth levers, and then eventually, build a high-performing marketing team that exceeds goals and benchmarks. You will work closely with our executive team to craft pipeline generating strategies and work with cross-functional teams to build and launch winning campaigns and assist with product marketing activities as well.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 8-10+ years experience supporting and driving marketing growth generation for a SaaS or transportation and logistics company
  • Experience with mid-market buying cycles and personas.
  • A "builder" mentality, who loves a challenge and a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong "can do" attitude.
  • Ability to work on a small-scale budget to achieve creative end results.
  • Deep expertise with marketing automation best practices and proficiency using automation and CRM tooling, including Hubspot and Outreach
  • Proven experience building and scaling integrated marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions, and owning pipeline contributions
  • Experience collaborating closely with a sales team.
  • Ability to synthesize business objectives to create a well-aligned Integrated channel strategy and execution plans.
  • Deep domain expertise across demand generation disciplines, including ABM, SEO, lifecycle marketing, paid search, paid social, native advertising and sponsorships, events, and affiliate.
  • Relentless execution-focus coupled with strategic agility; delivering results in an ever-changing, rapid growth environment.
  • Extremely effective in a high performing team enviornment with a natural ability to create collaborative relationships across the entire organization.
  • Successful in scrappy and entrepreneurial environments, with a drive to get things done.
  • Results orientation with a strong work ethic. Must be tenacious, with the emotional intelligence to know when to push harder and when to look for alternative approaches.
Education Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business required

What You Will Do:
  • Strategy; create, execute, and iterate multi-channel demand generation strategies that are aligned to our revenue objectives to support pipeline and revenue goals as a team of one. Have a builder mentality with endless energy and a "big picture" and "can do" attitude!
  • Campaign Management; help construct and bring to life marketing programs, and successfully create and roll-out highly-targeted and broad multi-touch programs that engage and advance interest across the prospect and customer lifecycle.
  • Messaging; understand the minds of our buyers to create authentic conversations and promotions that move them through the funnel, and help speed up sales velocity.
  • Stakeholder Management; collaborate with a variety of stakeholders - C-level, sales, marketing, product, and customer success.
  • Continuous Improvement; strengthen best practices while evaluating the emerging marketing trends/strategies, marketing technologies, experimenting and optimizing different tactics, and consistently meet or exceed sales pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Analysis; analyze marketing program outcomes in detail, drawing insights and presenting results clearly to inform decision making.
  • Budget; manage the marketing budget and report on ROI.
