The Franchise Marketing Manager is responsible for managing various marketing initiatives that help drive growth related to Slumberland\'s Franchise business, specifically focused on the execution of marketing programs that drive consumer awareness, consideration, and sales for current and new consumers/customers/shoppers.

Franchise Marketing Manager Responsibilities

  • Maintains and develops relationships with Franchise partners, internal cross-functional partners, and external agencies, as needed.
  • Create yearly marketing plans in partnership with the Franchise partners.
  • Manage the Franchise Digital Marketing Program, which includes, planning, paid media activation, media execution, and monthly reporting.
  • Assist on various projects and applying varying levels of support from leadership to thought leadership to tactical execution. Projects may include community programs, PR, local events, and more.
Communication/Leadership
  • Communicate routinely with marketing team members and cross functional teams.
  • Weekly, monthly and quarterly project reviews.
  • Manage service level agreement expectations with all requesters of marketing services.
  • Develop and maintain quarterly and monthly campaign, event and production calendars.
  • Use and support the operating excellence tools: work structure, tactical plans, L3 directional A3, and problem solving documents.
  • Participate in appropriate meetings.
  • Collaborate with all necessary individuals and teams to complete tasks and facilitate improvement projects.
Analysis
  • Create monthly Key Result Areas report.
  • Develop competitive reviews by market to ensure Slumberland understand the market and needs by location.
Safety
  • Adheres to safety policies and practices and consistently models safe behaviors and risk reduction procedures.
Non-Essential Functions

Maintains a safe and insurable driving record that will allow for driving on company business.

Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of Marketing with focus on digital marketing
  • Proven ability of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and all social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Preferred but not required: Franchise experience, retail brands and localized marketing planning
