SUMMARY:

Last year, 360Connect had a fantastic year when we grew by 36% as businesses increased their buying of expensive products and desired help from our free service. We hope to continue this growth streak - this is where you come in!

360Connect is a service that connects buyers and sellers for B2B products and services such as phone systems, software, construction equipment, etc. Our service is free to buyers. We make money by charging our business sellers ("suppliers") a fee for each sales-ready lead we send them (more on who we are below).

For us to continue our growth, we have created a new position inside of our organization to manage our "supplier marketing" efforts. This position will focus on marketing to potential suppliers who may want to sign up for our service. A "win" in this position will result in a steady stream of prospects sent to the 360Connect sales team.

We seek a "player-coach," results-oriented leader to design, oversee and manage various marketing initiatives and take our current 1.0 version of our supplier marketing to the next level.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Spent time at a fast-growing business and has shown success in helping ramp organization growth.
  • Exposure to various marketing channels, including email, display and retargeting, and conferences.
  • Strong project management skills.
This position will report to our Director of Marketing but also have exposure to our Director of Sales and one of our co-founders. This is a full-time, exempt position based out of our office located off 183 and Hymeadow Drive in Austin, Texas. Currently, our office is open five days a week, with Mondays and Fridays being optional work remote days.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this role, you will be in charge of all of our supplier marketing initiatives with the goal of creating a sustainable pipeline of opportunities for our sales team. This entails a wide range of responsibilities, including:
  • Partner with the senior management team to identify target markets and companies
  • Develop, grow, and manage 360Connect\'s target supplier database
  • Create marketing programs that drive brand awareness, engagement, and, ultimately, a desire to connect with our supplier sales team. Marketing programs include:
  • Owned media (SEO, website, social, and email)
  • Paid media (digital and content)
  • Earned (Events and PR)
  • Own campaign performance metrics and budget
QUALIFICATIONS:

Our ideal candidate for this "Jack or Jill-of-all-trades" position include:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor\'s degree
  • 5+ years experience in a marketing role for a growing organization with experience across a wide range of marketing channels
  • Experience "owning" and managing a budget
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics
