Job Description

The Marketing Liaison is responsible for developing and implementing bold and innovative approaches to cultivating and strengthening community partnerships and increasing the profile of ITS. Duties include but are not limited to organizing and administering events including team parties and appreciation events, conducting outreach and facilitating presentations to educate various community groups, representing ITS during community activities and events, and generating and coordinating community support for our team.


In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing various digital marketing assets that support the growth and expansion of our products and services. You will work with different teams to coordinate digital marketing, advertising, and promotional activities. Ultimately, you should be able to promote, drive new sales leads, and increase customer engagement.


What you will do:

• Coordinate communications with referring physicians and their support teams.
• Complete data collection to show effectiveness of referrals, communication, and social media engagement.
• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with various customers and prospects.
• Brand, Design, and manage the website and all social media.
• Make the good works of the ITS clinical team known!
• Create and manage lifecycle email communications with prospects and customers via marketing automation.
• Develop our digital presence to boost brand awareness and drive leads.
• Effectively allocate budget to optimize lead generation channels.
• Communicate digital marketing effectiveness to the management team.
• Complete data collection to show effectiveness of referrals, communication, and social media engagement.
• Must be willing to commute to various locations in the LA community to promote the ITS clinical team
