POSITION: Marketing Director FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt REPORTS TO: Executive Director JOB SUMMARY: This individual is responsible for coordinating day-to-day advertising and marketing activities and acting as a liaison with all clinical staff to ensure scheduling coincides with scheduled marketing program. The marketing director is also directly involved in the development, implementation, and tracking of the strategic marketing plan. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: \xc2\xb7 College degree preferred \xc2\xb7 One year of medical marketing experience ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES: \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Photoshop, Canva, Video-editing software, and social media outlets \xc2\xb7 Excellent verbal and written communication skills \xc2\xb7 Customer service oriented \xc2\xb7 Effective organizational skills with attention to detail \xc2\xb7 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously \xc2\xb7 Presents a highly professional image RESPONSIBILITIES: \xc2\xb7 Manage all social sites companywide \xc2\xb7 Contribute ideas and proofread email marketing \xc2\xb7 Charity give-away coordination \xc2\xb7 Top 50 patient engagement \xc2\xb7 Employee communication regarding all promos and specials \xc2\xb7 Filming, editing, and distribution of weekly companywide informational videos \xc2\xb7 Update phone on-hold messages \xc2\xb7 In-office video loop coordination \xc2\xb7 In-office print display of specials with credentials attached \xc2\xb7 Patient give-away management \xc2\xb7 Printed material coordination \xc2\xb7 Monthly events \xc2\xb7 Bi-annual events \xc2\xb7 Assist with phones and front office duties when needed as directed by Manager COMPENSATION: Comprises a combination of hourly rate plus performance-based incentives. Benefits are per those provided all full-time employees. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $63,865.00 - $72,535.00 per year Benefits:
