This is a Full-time Field Position. Our office (where you will have an office \xef\x81\x8a ) is located in Vestavia with Office Hours of 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday. You will be closely with the Owner and communicating regularly with the office \xe2\x80\x93 we certainly foster a team environment! What You Will Do:

  • Foster meaningfully relationships with existing top Amada Referral sources
  • Work directly with the Company owner to prioritize other existing Referral sources and develop an effective engagement strategies
  • Use your creativity and problem-solving prowess to identify and cultivate one new Referral source (we want to protect Work-Life Balance)
  • Field incoming Client Inquires from a variety of non-referrals and work with the owners to continue optimizing those channels
  • Meet with prospective Clients and Families to share Amada and the benefits of home care
  • Build brand awareness and most importantly support the Senior Community by sharing helpful information via Health Talks and Lunch n\xe2\x80\x99 Learns
What You Will Need:
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • A true People-Person personality
  • Passion for helping Seniors age with dignity and some experience in the Senior aging field
  • Desire to work in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment where the days go fast
  • An excellent memory for details about other people
  • An energetic and positive outlook
  • A Team player attitude
  • At least 2 years formal Marketing or Sales experience
