Job Description
Subject: Marketing Cloud SME- 100%Remote Fulltime with Persistent Responsibility Discuss with customer, conduct interviews, Gather requirements, document requirements, process flows, record sign off, elaborate requirement to technical team, solutioning, Conduct UAT and user trainings for marketing Cloud and interaction studio. JD-: 12+ years of overall experience and should have 2+ years as marketing CLoud SME. Must have 1+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience on interaction studio.
US finance/lending domain experience is plus.
should able to articulate high level requirements and convert to user stories for technical team from business discussions. High level solution / architecture/design for marketing cloud and interaction studio implementation.
Must drive requirements gathering activities including sign off and change control process
Must have experience on conducting user trainings and UATs to closure. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $120.00 - $140.00 per year Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
