Job Title: Market Coordinator




Full Time, in-office at Daphne Branch; Non-Exempt, Hourly

Position Summary:

The Market Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Market President and local market team. This role involves performing specialized and complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the market. The Market Coordinator manages office administration, assists with customer deposit and loan relationships coordinates facilities maintenance, prepares reports, and represents the bank at community events. This position is essential in supporting the operational excellence, customer service, and community engagement efforts of the local market.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



Assist Market President with commercial loan relationships; collection of financial statements and administrative functions as needed. Coordinate and oversee maintenance for all market banking offices and equipment, including assessing needs, soliciting bids, recommending vendors, maintaining approved vendor lists, and tracking repair histories. Represent the bank at community and bank-sponsored events, including after-hours functions, and serve as a member or officer in select community organizations. Manage and route incoming mail, correspondence, and reports; locate and attach related files and documentation as needed. Draft and prepare routine correspondence, reports, and presentations. Maintain organized filing systems for correspondence, records, and other important documents. Answer and screen phone calls for the Market President; coordinate conference and video calls. Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Market President and leadership team. Act as a local market liaison for communication with the Human Resources, Training, Marketing, Information Technology, and other applicable departments and coordinate the activities for the Baldwin County market as related to those departments. Coordinate and arrange meetings, including preparing agendas, reserving facilities, and recording and transcribing meeting minutes. Conduct research and compile data for reports, statistical summaries, and special projects. Manage office supply inventory and coordinate equipment maintenance. Handle outgoing mail, email, and fax correspondence. Function as emergency backup teller and customer service representative for Daphne offices. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education:



High school diploma or GED required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Experience:



Minimum of one (1) year of relevant administrative or office coordination and cash handling experience required. Prior experience in a banking, financial services, or professional office environment preferred. Experience coordinating community or corporate events is a plus.

Working Conditions:



Standard office environment with occasional travel to local banking offices and community events. May require attendance at evening or weekend functions representing the bank. * Must be able to sit, stand, and use standard office equipment for extended periods.
