Position Summary:

The Manager, Patient & Access Analytics will be responsible for reporting and analysis related to infused brands patient funnel and payor analytics. Reporting to the Associate Director, Patient and Access Analytics, this role will drive report creation, insight generation, and analysis sharing within brand POD (analytics matrix team for a specific brand.) This role impacts strategic decision-making process for cross functional senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Work in a matrix, team of teams environment as part of a brand POD (analytics matrix team for a specific brand) to provide regular updates and formulate insights regarding patient funnel and access related business questions
  • Perform ad hoc or deep dive analysis as part of the analytics brand POD
  • Respond to business questions and determine the optimal approach to answer them through data, analytics, market research, etc.
  • Develop plan of action reports, dashboards, data quality, and needed analysis
  • Reporting and analysis around key metrics such as adherence, enrollments, initiations, time-to-fill, treatment status, engagement, etc.
  • Ensure Patient Services/Market Access has all data needed to manage day-to-day activities via real-time reporting and other reports and that all reporting has gone through the QC process to reinforce accuracy and communication clarity prior to being presented to our customers.
  • Partner with cross functional analytics teams to share key insights by sharing the "story" behind the data
  • Provide clear view into patient journey highlight successes and areas of opportunity
  • Collaborate with other analytics functions on deeper payor analytics related to supported brand
Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • BA or BS in an analytical field such as computer science, statistics, operations research, management
  • Masters Preferred
  • 3+ years in the pharmaceutical industry or in business analytics consulting including experience in Analytics, Strategy, Business Intelligence and/or Sales/Patient/Managed Markets Analytics
  • Ability to lead large, cross-functional effort with minimal oversight
  • Proficient in two or more of MS Excel, Power of BI, CRM/Salesforce.com reporting, VBA, Tableau, SQL or SAS programming.
  • Ability to set-up segmentation, clustering or multi-variate regression analysis
  • Experience with team leadership, working across functions, and presenting to senior leadership Knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources and their application to support business decisions
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a global, matrix organization
