Position: Manager of Hospital Finance Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift (Hybrid schedule is possible!) This position will serve as a member of the leadership team to provide analysis on new initiatives and business opportunities and will advise on impacts of risks and investments. This position will work directly with Centra\'s managers and administrators to provide financial data and analytics that drive business decisions at the systems level. We are looking for candidates with the following: \xc2\xb7 Finance experience in a HOSPITAL setting, specifically \xc2\xb7 Someone who can work an onsite or hybrid schedule; would like someone to be onsite at times to help develop relationships Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field \xc2\xb7 A minimum of three (3) years management experience in healthcare receivables field \xc2\xb7 Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills \xc2\xb7 A mature approach to problem-solving for all types of issues \xc2\xb7 Ability to communicate and work effectively across organizational lines of responsibility \xc2\xb7 Detailed knowledge of systems level post-acute care reimbursement, billing, and financial reporting \xc2\xb7 Preferred Certifications and Licensures: HFMA, AAHAM, or CPA certification When recruiting and retaining talent at Centra, our hiring needs are based on matching a candidate\xe2\x80\x99s job qualifications with our job requirements and department needs without regard to race, color, age, religion or belief, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation or any other characteristic protected by the laws or regulations in the locations where we operate.
