The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis plays a central role in telling the Crossroads story. They are responsible for producing financial forecasts and reports, gathering and analyzing data, and pulling it all together into digestible communications for executive leadership and investors. The Manager of FP&A will lead a small team and work closely with the CFO and Sr. Director to support strategic decision making as Crossroads looks to impact as many lives as possible in an area of healthcare with high unmet need.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following and other duties that are assigned.

  • Support core finance business processes: financial reporting, revenue recognition, budgeting, financial modeling and forecasting
  • Validate departmental results, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure active departmental involvement in core financial processes
  • Assist with finance and accounting special projects, including scenario analysis and special data analytics efforts
  • In conjunction with the Sr Dir FP&A and CFO, prepare executive, board, and investor level presentations
  • Work collaboratively across the Company\'s locations and service leaders to help facilitate effective processes and assist in executing financial initiatives
  • Manage a team of Financial Analysts

Education and/or Experience:
  • Approximately 3-5 years of experience, ideally in a heavily quantitative field such as management consulting or investment banking with exposure to financial analysis
  • Strong track record of achievement
  • Expert fluency in Excel for modeling and analysis
  • Bachelor\'s degree
Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret human service periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, mean, mode and median ability to draw and interpret graphs.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

The employee occasionally lifts/carries paperwork, files, office supplies, up to 20 lbs., pushes/pulls exerting up to 5-10 lbs. force, opening doors, file drawers, pushing files in drawers, and kneeling/crouching and/or ability to reach lower file drawers, file stretching to store of retrieve materials. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Frequent sitting at desk or computer while typing, completing paperwork, or meeting with patients.
