Job Summary

Develops, pilots, and launches new products and services through effective Go-To-Market management through AAA-owned channels. Ensure successful launch and sustainable business growth through internal collaboration, market intelligence, creativity, and GTM strategy. Drives effective Member Acquisition, increases Life Time Value and creates a streamlines multi-channel Member acquisition strategy.

Contributes to a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team that develops, pilots, and launch new products and services across all A3V Ventures. Your goal is to ensure rock-solid execution and rapid adoption of the products and services launched by A3V through branch and call center sales team and ultimately our Members.

Essential Duties

Brand, Demand and Distribution Strategies.
Build demand for products and services launched by A3V. Contribute to the development of the Member-facing offering, ensure the positioning/pitch solves a true customer problem, and lead the launch & distribution strategy for our products and services in owned channels.

Go-To-Market Strategy and Execution:
Work closely with the Marketing and Ops teams in A3V and collaborate with MWG Sales Ops and Call Centers teams to successfully launch new services for our Members.

Planning and Measurement:
Develop score-cards, monitor and course-correct for all relevant KPIs such as lead conversion, call duration, Member Satisfaction etc.

Training and Incentivization:
Collaborate with Venture leaders, divisional leaders and HR to recommend and roll-out training, incentive programs etc. as appropriate.

Team leadership:
Train, coach and collaborate with both direct team as well as cross-functional teams.

Knowledge and Skills

Analysis
- Examines data and facts to uncover and understand cause-effect relationships, thus providing basis for problem solving and decision making. (Intermediate)

Go To Market strategy
- Long-term planning for the development of a successful GTM stratgey in order to achieve specific goals. Affects all aspects of a business and is directly connected to consumer needs, emotion, channels, and competitive environments. (Expert)

Communication
- Ability to convey information to another effectively and efficiently. Business managers with good verbal, non verbal and written communication skills help facilitate the sharing of information between people within a company for its commercial benefit. (IExpert)

Distribution strategy

Growth Modeling
- Methodology to estimate growth trajectory, over a period of time. (Familairity)

Education and Experience

Bachelor\'s Degree in business or marketing

5 years of sale/marketing experience working across channels and products to successfully identify the most effective ways to grow a business, and to diagnose any problems channel success

Working Environment

This is primarily an office job. Physical requirements include standing, sitting, bending and lifting (up to 15 pounds). Approximately 98% of time is spent using a video display terminal.

We target between minimum and midpoint of the range, and all offers are subject to a fair pay analysis - Compensation Range: Min: $90,000.00 - Mid: $111,885.00- Max: $138,525.00
