The Opportunity:

This position directs overall global marketing strategy for the Location Based Entertainment department across all Mattel and HIT brands.

What Your Impact Will Be:

  • Managing the $1MM+ Global Location Based Entertainment A&P budget (For North America, UK/Euromea, and APAC)
  • Leading digital marketing strategy, promotional tactics, and PR plans for all regional projects (both owned and licensed):
  • Developing paid, earned, and owned media campaigns; working with Mattel Media and other digital media agencies
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for partners and licensees, recommending marketing tactics and messaging for all advertising materials
  • Working closely with Mattel business units (GBTs, eCommerce, DIG, Consumer Products, Content teams, etc.) as well as local subs globally (US, Canada, UK, EMEA and LATAM) to maximize opportunities for marketing support
  • Developing global strategy presentations to communicate updates with franchise leadership teams
  • Spearheading special projects including Insights, Privacy, Legal trademark compliance, and internal brand requests
  • Managing customer data collection strategy and activations, working with eCommerce and Legal teams on necessary requirements
Qualifications

What We\xe2\x80\x99re Looking For:
  • Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.
7+ years of digital marketing experience; preferably in the Live Entertainment space (lessened to 5yrs with an MBA)

Experience reaching moms and families with targeting marketing tactics preferred

Proficient with analytics tools and data (CRM, Google Analytics, etc.), to pull actionable insights and recommendations

Strong collaborator and cross-functional communicator

Entrepreneurial attitude; on-going passion to adjust marketing strategies to stay relevant and improve performance

Project management; ability to supervise multiple projects and team members simultaneously

The annual base salary range for this position is between $96,000 and $144,000.
**This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however annual base salary will be determined based on a candidate\xe2\x80\x99s work location, skills and experience.
