Here\xe2\x80\x99s how our pay works: Shift Managers & Assistant Managers earn $10.25 - $12.25/hr. + bonuses. Shift Managers average $20k-$30K per year, GM\xe2\x80\x99s average $60k - $70K per year.
Management\xe2\x80\x99s expectations are: reliable, honest, lead by example, Lead others, available to work 40 \xe2\x80\x93 50 hour per week
REQUIREMENTS
- 1 - 3 years of management experience.
- At least 18 years old
- Must have active ServSafe Certificate.
- Meet Image standards.
- Must have a valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license
- Must be able to work scheduled or unscheduled shifts, which will include nights, weekends, as emergencies arise, and to open and/or close the store.
- Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing or moving.
- Flexible working hours; requires working weekends, days, and evenings.
- Constant working with the public and employees in a high-volume environment.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
