Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Manager in Trainee of Operations Analytics, you will be responsible for supporting the Operations Analytics team\'s reporting platforms. This position will focus on financial analytics related to all Parallon service lines, including net revenue analysis, staffing and labor management, cash flow and costs. This individual will support a culture of high performance and continuous improvement and should possess excellent and proven leadership, communication and financial analytical skills. During your time in the Manager in Training program, your duties will include:

• Analytics:
  • Performs enterprise wide analytics for net revenue, cash flow, service lines, labor management.
  • Develops, tests, and delivers ad hoc reports
  • Keeps Parallon Leadership management abreast of all significant matters through formal reporting and informal notification when needed
  • Drives business decisions through the use of analytics.
  • Maintenance of reporting accuracy and integrity
  • Champion innovation, leading practices and continuous improvement within finance operations including net revenue analysis and labor management.
• Labor Management:
  • Provides staffing efficiency analysis through the use of analytic reviews
  • Facilitation of work sessions to identify gaps and develop proposed staffing/technology efficiency proposals.
  • Analyzes staff scheduling and staffing data and processes and provides efficiency recommendations in line with corporate objectives.
• General:
  • Works with project management and ancillary departments as necessary to ensure project work plans meet implementation requirements and expectations

  • Other duties as assigned

What qualifications you will need:

• BS or BA degree required (or within 3 months of completion of a BA or BS). Accounting, Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration & Data Analytics degrees are a plus.
• MBA degree preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, healthcare management or finance is preferred.
• Knowledge in programs such as: SQL, Python, Tableau etc. are preferred.
