Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and demonstrate mechanical knowledge to effectively maintain and repair various systems. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to provide excellent customer service while ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment and facilities. Conduct residential painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic standards. . Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs performed and materials used. Respond promptly to service requests from guests, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. basic electrical knowledge monitor and maintain pool and spa water quality, and record chemical levels make required adjustments to water quality

Requirements

Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform repairs on various systems. Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills. Ability to perform residential painting tasks effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on resident satisfaction. Strong problem-solving abilities and logical thinking skills. Must have the ability to move and lift a 40 pound weight load.
