Responsibilities:

- Perform pressure cleaning, minor MIG welding, cart caster and wheel changes, and other miscellaneous repairs on rolling grocery store equipment, including shopping carts, floats, and bakery racks.

- Conduct pressure cleaning of sidewalks, windows, and doors at the front of the store.

- Communicate effectively with store management and department employees.

Requirements:

- All nighttime work begins around 8:00 PM and continues until the job is completed.

- Ability to work outdoors.

- Must live within 25 miles of 601 Hillview Drive, Altamonte Springs, FL, where the company truck is parked.

- A smartphone is required for voice and data communication with field management.

- Able to commit to a 4-night work week, with hours exceeding 40 paid at time and a half.

- Availability to work a 5th and/or 6th day as needed.

- Work alongside a partner to deliver top-notch service to customers.

Qualifications:

- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment and lift up to 50 lbs., with the ability to stoop, bend, and stand for extended periods.

- Experience with pressure cleaning and MIG welding is a plus, but we provide training.

- A clean driving record for the past 5 years; we will verify your MVR.

- Experience driving a large box truck with a trailer is advantageous.

What Jimco Maintenance Provides:

- Six to eight weeks of on-site training at full pay.

- Competitive salary starting at $850.00 per week.

- A pre-assigned 4-night work week scheduled 1-2 weeks in advance.

- Opportunity to earn extra pay by working a 5th day when the schedule allows.

- Monthly discretionary bonus.

- Full benefits after 90 days, including 100% company-paid dental and life insurance, and medical coverage at $49.90 per week for employee-only plans, with optional vision, additional life, and AD&D.
