Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance. Utilize electrical knowledge to diagnose and fix electrical problems within the facility. Read and interpret schematics to assist in repairs and installations. Oversee residential painting projects, ensuring quality workmanship. Deliver exceptional customer service when interacting with clients or other departments.

Requirements

Proven experience in facilities maintenance with a strong mechanical background. Ability to read and understand schematics effectively. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English. A commitment to safety standards and practices within the workplace.
