About the Role



We are looking for a skilled and driven

Maintenance Technician

to join our team in a fast-paced industrial setting. If you have a strong understanding of mechanical systems, enjoy hands-on work, and thrive in environments where no two days are the same, this could be your perfect fit.

You will play a key role in keeping our machinery running smoothly--improving system efficiency, installing and repairing equipment, and contributing directly to increased productivity. This is a dynamic opportunity for a self-starter with a proactive mindset and a commitment to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities



Follow all federal and local safety regulations including OSHA and ADA requirements Perform scheduled maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure maximum uptime Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues alongside production staff Execute repairs to minimize production downtime Support safe operations by conducting routine safety checks on the production floor Assist in various maintenance-related tasks including plumbing and electrical work as needed Maintain an orderly and clean workspace using 5S and Lean methodologies

Required Qualifications



High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of experience maintaining mechanical or industrial equipment (e.g. farm machinery, cars, lawn equipment) Proven experience working in dynamic, fast-changing environments Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative Recent participation in structured training or educational programs Positive "can-do" attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

Preferred Qualifications



Background in agriculture, automotive repair, or related industries Training or experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel Welding and fabrication skills Familiarity with Lean principles and 5S workplace organization
