Job Description

Activities:



Sort and collate incoming and outgoing mail, including batching, postage metering, counting, and filing. Return claims to providers as appropriate. Stocking mailroom Utilize Kodiak software to scan, index, and upload documents into electronic case files. Conduct quality assurance reviews on scanned and indexed documents. Collaborate with team members to investigate, locate, and retrieve documents both physically and electronically. Print, fold and stuff outgoing mail as required daily. Ensure letters/reports are printed on their designated timeframes Keep printers operational Keep management appraised of when paper and envelopes need to be ordered. Other duties as assigned

Pre-requisites:



High School Diploma or equivalent, 2-year post-high school Degree, or Bachelor's degree. Typical, 2-4 years of working experience in related fields A minimum of two years of previous experience for a government or private sector inbound customer service center or related field. (Preferred) Knowledge of basic help desk software, computer software and Microsoft Office applications.

Work Requirements:



Hours of Operation: Within the hours of 7:45 AM -5:15 PM, Eastern Time, Monday - Friday candidate must be able to work any assigned 8-hour shift between these hours. Work environment is onsite in Washington DC.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
