U-Haul International is currently looking for a Mail Services Clerk to join their fast-growing team.
Job Requirements:
Sort incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail for distribution
Set up and operate a variety of department machines
Weigh, seal, and meter all outgoing letter mail and parcels
Pick up and deliver packages within the Midtown Campus which are too heavy or too large to handle through normal mailing procedures
Skills:
Must have excellent communication skills
Details-oriented
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
Ability to shift workload as necessary due to changing priorities
Technical aptitude is preferred
Strong collaborative skills to achieve consensus and be able to establish high quality work standards in a fast paced environment.
Essential Duties:
Reasonable and predictable attendance.
Communicate with the Lead and/or Manager of any timeline alterations or scheduling conflicts and recommend alternative options and procedures when necessary.
Complete work assignments in accordance with established operating schedules and procedures
Complete necessary paperwork and verify data entry for shipping labels, freight correspondence, and log books
Hours:
Weekly rotation between 7:30am-4:00pm & 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday
