Job Overview

We are looking for a dependable

Machine Operator

to join our production team. This role involves operating manufacturing equipment, monitoring production processes, and ensuring parts meet quality standards. Candidates should have solid mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to safe and efficient work practices.

Responsibilities

Operate production machinery and equipment to manufacture components according to specifications. Follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures. Inspect parts for accuracy and quality using basic measurement tools. Read and understand simple blueprints or technical drawings. Perform routine machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Assist with material handling, including forklift operation (training available). Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing effort

Preferred Skill and Qualifications

Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment. Experience operating manufacturing or machining equipment (manual or CNC experience a plus but not required). Ability to read basic blueprints and use measurement tools such as calipers or micrometers. Forklift experience preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliability and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
