Overview: We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery to produce high-quality products. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: - Set up and operate machines according to established procedures and guidelines - Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning - Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in optimal condition - Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications - Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals Experience: - Previous experience as a Machine Operator or similar role preferred - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings - Proficiency in using hand tools and operating machinery such as lathes, CNC machines, stamping presses, milling machines, etc. - Knowledge of tooling and machining techniques - Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management - Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately - Ability to work independently or as part of a team If you are a motivated individual with a passion for precision manufacturing, we encourage you to apply for the position of Machine Operator.
