As a Live-In Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide attention to client\xe2\x80\x99s non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Requirements:

• Experience -If you\xe2\x80\x99ve had a job or experience in a position with similar goals and responsibilities, we\xe2\x80\x99d love to connect with you. A valid CHHA certification in the State of New Jersey is required.
• Skills \xe2\x80\x93 We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for individuals that are compassionate, social, trustworthy, and service-minded. If you have experience cooking and cleaning that\xe2\x80\x99s a bonus! YOU JUST NEED TO SINCERELY CARE FOR OTHERS.
• Characteristics \xe2\x80\x93 This is an autonomous position, so we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for individuals that are self-motivated and willing to learn through experience and receiving feedback.
• Other Requirements \xe2\x80\x93 Here are a few more things we\xe2\x80\x99d need from you! \xe2\x80\x93 Covid 19 Vaccination card. Negative Tuberculosis (TB) Test (or willingness to obtain), Must be able to pass a drug screening and national criminal background check.
