Job Description
Our Home Health Aide is responsible for assisting clients with daily living skills, such as bathing and dressing, making laundry and light housework and providing transportation services to/from appointments. This position is ideal for energetic and reliable individuals who have a desire to work with seniors. We are looking for professionals who can work independently while still being driven by team work. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the home with personal care, treatment, and activities of daily living.,Maintain patient records, as required by state regulations.
- Document patient\'s home environment.
- Assist patients in living independently.,Assist patients in accessing community resources.
