We're currently hiring a Listing Coordinator to help our team manage the complex moving parts involved in preparing, launching, and maintaining high-quality listings.

About the Role:



The Listing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the agent team in coordinating and executing all logistics related to bringing new properties to market. You'll play a hands-on role in making sure listings are fully prepped, marketing is executed on time, and clients are kept informed throughout the process. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives on keeping multiple moving parts in sync within a fast-paced real estate environment. An eye for design doesn't hurt!

Key Responsibilities:



Listing Setup & Coordination



Coordinate and confirm listing appointments for lead agents Assist with preparation and completion of all listing documentation and required disclosures Input listing data into the MLS, TRG website, and all syndicated platforms (Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, etc.) Create and manage Google Drive folders or CRM records for each listing Flag missing documentation or tasks and follow up with agents, clients, or vendors as needed

Vendor Coordination & Scheduling



Schedule and coordinate third-party vendors: stagers, photographers, videographers, cleaners, sign installers, etc. Track vendor availability and timelines to ensure launch deadlines are met Communicate status updates between vendors, agents, and clients as needed Install or coordinate installation of For Sale and Open House signage Deliver or coordinate delivery of printed marketing materials and keys

Marketing & Open House Support



Coordinate open house schedules and publish on MLS and syndicated platforms Prepare marketing materials (property flyers, signage, packets) for open houses Deliver open house supplies and ensure homes are show-ready (keys, signage, etc.) Monitor listings across platforms to ensure data accuracy and up-to-date open house information Update seller clients weekly with showing feedback and open house results

Inspection Coordination & Escrow Support



Coordinate and schedule all applicable property inspections (general, termite, sewer, etc.) Attend inspections on behalf of the listing agent, taking notes and capturing relevant feedback Collect, organize, and upload inspection reports to central system Prepare Counter Offers Assist in preparing response to repair request drafts based on inspection findings Obtain repair or contractor quotes as needed Coordinate final walkthrough appointments with buyer agents or clients

Client Communication & Reporting



Serve as a liaison between agents and seller clients throughout the listing period Provide regular status updates to clients (open house feedback, next steps, vendor timelines, etc.) Ensure seller expectations are aligned with listing activity Support agents with other communication-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:



Prior experience in real estate operations, coordination, or transaction management preferred

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with MLS systems, Google Suite, and listing platforms (Zillow, Redfin, etc.)

Comfortable using digital scheduling tools, CRMs, and shared calendars

Able to work independently and proactively solve problems as they arise

Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license (some travel required)

Friendly, client-oriented demeanor and professional appearance

Knowledge of the Los Angeles market and real estate language a plus

Candidate will need to be available for weekend open house prep or weekday on-site support as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $52,000.00 per year
