Job Description

The Client Services & Listing Coordinator ensures The Kohler Group delivers a seamless, professional, and personalized client experience. This position supports daily operations, client communications, and listing management--helping the team stay organized and efficient while maintaining exceptional service standards.



The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and proactive, with a passion for real estate and client satisfaction.

Compensation:

$25 - $29 hourly

Responsibilities:

Client Relations & Database Management

Serve as a primary point of contact for client communications and inquiries. Build and maintain relationships through prompt, professional communication. Manage and update the client database (CRM) with accuracy and attention to detail.

Listings & Transaction Coordination

Ensure accurate and timely property listings across MLS and marketing platforms. Coordinate showings, inspections, open houses, and vendor appointments. Maintain listing files and ensure compliance with brokerage requirements.

Team & Operational Support

Support daily team operations and administrative tasks. Manage signage orders, client events, and billing coordination. Handle urgent tasks and assist with scheduling and logistics.

Quality Assurance

Review materials, listings, and communications for accuracy and consistency. Ensure an exceptional client experience through every stage of engagement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2-3 years of administrative, client services, or operations experience (real estate preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Real estate license preferred or willingness to obtain one within 90 days of hire. Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM and project management tools.
