Key Responsibilities
Seller Consultation:
Conduct professional listing presentations to demonstrate our value proposition, guiding sellers through pricing strategies and the "go-to-market" process.
Strategic Marketing:
Oversee the preparation of listings, including coordinating professional photography, virtual staging, and aggressive digital marketing campaigns to drive maximum exposure.
Market Analysis:
Perform detailed
Comparative Market Analysis (CMA)
to determine optimal list prices that align with current Chicago market conditions and absorption rates.
Negotiation & Closing:
represent the seller's best interests during offer negotiations, inspection responses, and attorney review to protect their equity and ensure a smooth closing.
Lead Prospecting:
Proactively generate new seller leads through sphere of influence, expired listings, and community networking to build a consistent inventory pipeline.
Qualifications
Active
Illinois Real Estate Broker License
(required).
Proven track record of success in sales or real estate, with a specific interest in the

of the transaction.
Deep knowledge of Chicagoland neighborhoods and local housing inventory.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex data (CMAs) simply to clients.
Proficiency in
