Responsibilities

Host two open houses each month Obtain Listing Certification Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments Join weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines Engage in team activities following team standards Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls

Qualifications

Reliable and understands the importance of accountability in building a thriving real estate career Works well with others Holds a valid real estate license Excellent written and verbal communication skills Brings positive energy and a good attitude Great at managing time effectively Open to learning scripts and dialogues Has a good sense of humor Eager to learn and grow Self-motivated Preferably available full-time
