As a Showing Assistant, you will represent the team with professionalism while showing properties, attending inspections, and ensuring an exceptional client experience throughout the home-buying and selling process.
Responsibilities
Show homes to prospective buyers in a timely and professional manner
Attend home inspections, final walkthroughs, and other client appointments as needed
Communicate promptly and effectively with clients, agents, and vendors
Ensure all showings are scheduled, confirmed, and tracked accurately
Provide detailed feedback from showings to the lead agent
Assist with lockboxes, signage, and light administrative tasks related to listings and transactions
Maintain a positive, client-first attitude and uphold the highest ethical standards
Qualifications
Active Arizona Real Estate License
(required)
Must be with the same brokerage as the lead agent
(or willing to transfer prior to starting)
Reliable personal vehicle
and valid driver's license
Weekend availability

Strong communication and time management skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
High attention to detail and ability to follow established systems and processes
Familiarity with the Scottsdale and greater Phoenix area is a plus
Previous experience as a showing assistant or in a client-facing real estate role preferred
Compensation
Paid per door opened with a maximum per day
Percentage paid per closing
