Job Description

At GD Homes Real Estate, we're looking for Licensed Real Estate Agents who want to grow with the right tools and guidance. Our team offers exclusive lead sources, proven systems, and on-the-field training so you're never left to figure it out on your own. You'll work in a collaborative environment where success is shared, and your effort directly drives your earnings.
This is a commission-only position; compensation is based on transactions closed.
Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with other agents to maximize opportunities and knowledge sharing.

• Utilize brokerage-provided marketing and transaction support to focus on closing deals.

• Conduct home tours, negotiate offers, and support clients through closings.

• Maintain adherence to licensing requirements and brokerage policies.

• Represent buyers and sellers throughout the entire transaction process.

Qualifications:

• Active real estate license required.

• Comfortable operating under a commission-only compensation structure.

• Strong organizational abilities and the ability to manage multiple clients.

• Willing to participate in ongoing mentorship and training.

• Experience with CRM or other sales management tools is a plus.
