The ideal candidate will be open to learning new things, not afraid to take chances, willing to train in different functions within the organization, and is interested in every aspect of the company. They will effectively cooperate with the Resort Management Team to solve and improve operational issues. Essential Functions Statement(s)

  • Learn various roles within the company structure including operations excellence, sales, revenue optimization, finance, T&P, marketing, and social purpose
  • Gain comprehensive understanding of management viewpoints, and company policies and practices affecting each phase of business
  • Monitor performance progress with management and key trainers
  • Observe experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for successful performance of departmental duties
  • Performs different roles temporarily based on the need of the departments throughout the company
  • Report on the progress of goals and key objectives
  • Complete specific assigned projects and submit a report of completions with finding and best practices ideas
  • Become proficient in business systems and provide feedback to leadership team on efficiency and practice
REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor\'s Degree in Hotel/Business Management or related field preferred Computer Skills: Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Other Requirements: Willing to engage in hands-on training and hard work

  • Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company
