In this role, you will:
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in talent management, executive development and leadership development methodologies, programs, processes, content, and best practices in alignment with K-C\xe2\x80\x99s business and people strategies.
  • Serve as a strategic talent management project leader and contributor in several of the following areas: executive and leadership development, high potential talent development, executive coaching and onboarding, critical workforce capabilities, executive assessment and selection, executive team development, enterprise talent review, succession management, and executive talent brokering.
  • Take initiative to propose ideas and project plans; take plans from ideation to fruition while obtaining inputs from key stakeholders and utilizing best talent management practices.
  • Design and build content / develop talent management methodologies, programs, processes, and resources that are in alignment with K-C\xe2\x80\x99s business and people strategies and the global talent management team\xe2\x80\x99s strategic priorities.
  • Build executive presentations that succinctly tell a holistic talent management story.
  • Build consistent talent management approaches across regions and business units targeting methodologies, resources, measurements, etc. while ensuring quantitative and qualitative measurements are embedded to understand impact.
  • Co-create with other Talent Management colleagues to ensure that K-C Talent, in a disciplined way, results into growth and performance for the business.
  • Co-create deployment and embedment strategies so that regional Talent Leads provide talent solutions across the globe in a consistent enterprise fashion.
  • Build and maintain close working relationships with the COEs, HR leaders, business leaders and regional talent leads across the global enterprise to understand key business objectives, priorities, and direction.
  • Focus on program and initiative effectiveness (i.e., through measurement surveys and focus groups) and continual process improvements by conducting analyses, identifying key observations, preparing reports and presentations, making recommendations to leadership based on findings and driving those recommendations to realization.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications: Preferred:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree
  • Have 10+ years of experience in executive development, specifically in building and deploying leadership solutions for the top 100 leaders of a global, matrixed organization.
  • Have experience in deploying large, change programs that contribute to global organizational transformation.
  • Can design and orchestrate a program/project plan from a blank page with minimal guidance, and then drive that plan forward in times of ambiguity and rapid change.
  • Have strong networks for talent management and executive development benchmarking, understanding best practices and trends, etc. and uses these networks as you build and deploy content and programs across the enterprise.
  • Have a strong knowledge of talent management theory, methodology, and practice and the ability to apply all to a given situation.
  • Have a proven track record of demonstrating collaboration, influence, relationship building with all levels within the organization.
Required:
  • Helped create and deploy senior executive leadership and board-facing development initiatives.
  • Experience building, deploying, and embedding global talent management solutions across regions around the world.
  • Built and/or supported team effectiveness and talent management solutions for collective C-Suite team(s).
  • Experience creating C-Suite-ready resources and enablers, including presentations, training materials, internal succession candidate slates, etc.
  • Experience delivering and debriefing executive selection assessment insights and individual and team effectiveness assessments.
  • Managing talent and succession pools for CEO and direct report populations.
