The Technical Experience Required:

While attitude comes first, you need to be ready to hit the ground running:

Water Loss Experience:

Proven history handling water damage jobs.

Sourcing the Loss:

You don't just clean it up; you understand whereit came from (Root-cause mindset).

Smoke & Odor:

Experience managing fire/smoke remediation and odor control.

Moisture Mapping & Documentation:

You are disciplined with your data, moisture readings, and photo documentation

Compensation & Benefits

$25-$36 per hour

(based on experience and certifications)
