Lead Low-Voltage Technicians (Night Shift)
Target Remodel - Bryant, AR | 2 Positions | 6-Month Project + Ongoing Work
We're hiring
two Lead Low-Voltage Technicians
to support a Target remodel inBryant, Arkansas
. This is anight-shift role
inside an active retail environment, focused on Cat6, fiber, IP cameras, and speaker work. One tech will serve as theon-site lead
.What You'll Do:
Terminate & test Cat6 (jacks, patch panels, field terminations) Perform basic fiber terminations Install, relocate & focus IP cameras Move & re-hang speakers; verify zones Work from scissor lifts for overhead tasks Read floor plans/RCPS & maintain accurate counts Coordinate nightly goals with PM & Target team Leave areas clean & safe before store opening
Schedule:
10:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. Sunday night - Thursday night ~40 hrs/week (OT possible) 6-month project + rollout work after
What We're Looking For:
3+ years LV/structured cabling experience Strong Cat6 & fiber skills IP camera installation experience Comfortable on lifts & at height Reliable for consistent night-shift work Able to work independently & mentor others
Requirements:

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
