Job Responsibilities
1. Designing and developing lesson plans, course materials, and instructional resources to ensure comprehensive coverage of the curriculum.
2. Performing live demonstrations to illustrate techniques and procedures, providing hands-on learning opportunities for students.
3. Balancing theoretical knowledge with practical application through simulations, labs, and clinical experiences.
4. Evaluating student progress through exams, projects, and practical assessments, providing constructive feedback to support learning outcomes.
5. Instructing students on safety protocols, sanitation practices, and ethical standards in esthetics practice.
6. Providing mentorship, academic advising, and career guidance to students to facilitate their professional growth and success in the field.
Qualifications
1. Alabama Instructor Licenses Required
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. Patience, organization, and the ability to motivate and inspire students are crucial.
3. The ability to lift 50 pounds.
