Job Description

Our rapidly growing law practice is seeking a full-time legal intake specialist to join our team! You'll survey prospective clients and empathize with them on the details of their case, manage new client onboarding and data entry, and help our lawyers book and manage their appointments. We'll provide the training and resources to help you flourish in your role on a tight-knit, supportive, and passionate legal team. Compensation:

$45,000 - $48,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Survey potential clients to determine the right fit with our practice, while listening to all phone calls in an empathetic manner Organize paperwork and perform data entry in our case management system to streamline new client onboarding and current client files Coordinate awareness initiatives and foster relationships with other attorneys alongside the marketing team in order to help grow our prospective client base Manage attorney schedules, including prospective client consultations, to foster caseload growth Take charge of various office tasks such as email correspondence, document management, data organization, and research to make sure our firm is running at peak efficiency

Qualifications:

Excellent and empathetic verbal and written communication skills required Firm knowledge of spreadsheet and data management, as well as computer skills Familiarity with case management and CRM systems a bonus High school diploma or equivalent needed, while a Bachelor's degree is desired Background in the legal industry preferred
