Iron Rock Law Firm, PLLC is a small but fast-growing general practice firm based in Salem, Arkansas. We handle personal injury, criminal defense, family law, traffic, and general civil matters statewide. We move quickly, communicate clearly, and turn inquiries into action.
Role Mission
Think sales job with base pay and bonuses. Turn qualified inquiries into signed retainers, while keeping our pipeline organized and moving.
What You'll Do
Own inbound & outbound leads: phone, web forms, chat, referrals, feeds; promptly return missed/abandoned calls.
Qualify & route: basic conflicts pre-screen, matter type and venue capture; create/update CRM records with accurate source tags.
Sell ethically (no legal advice): follow approved scripts that help show people how our attorney can help them + fee matrix to quote, and secure consult fees and retainers via e-sign + payment.
Book and protect consults: confirmations, reminders, intake forms; rebook no-shows within 24 hours.
Direct-sale matters (e.g., traffic): collect payment immediately and send the retainer on the same call.
Follow-ups, re-engagement on "not now" leads.
Process & handoff: take payments via Square, track e-signs, deliver welcome packet, warm hand-off to the Client Success Manager.
Report: daily pipeline updates; weekly KPI snapshot with simple recommendations (what to start/stop/scale).
You Are (must-haves)
Outgoing, persuasive communicator with strong phone presence and people skills
Sales-oriented closer who's comfortable asking for the retainer and handling objections
Fast, organized, and relentless about follow-through
Strong typist/note-taker; comfortable in CRMs, VOIP/texting tools, e-sign, and online payments
Calm under pressure, professional grammar, and great attitude
Minimum Qualifications
1+ year in phone-based sales, intake, or customer service (legal/medical/insurance/home services a plus)
Proven success meeting conversion/show-rate goals
High school diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have
Law firm intake experience (PI, criminal, family, traffic, or general civil)
Experience with CallRail, Clio Grow/Lawmatics/Lead Docket, DocuSign/PandaDoc, and Square
Familiarity with Arkansas court basics (venues, typical timelines)
Success Metrics (KPIs)
Speed-to-Lead: first response ? 5 minutes during business hours (? 15 minutes after hours via text/VM drop)
Contact Rate: ? 85% within 24 hours
Consult Set Rate: ? 65% of qualified leads; Show Rate: ? 80%
Retain Rate: ? 50% of completed consults/direct-sale matters
CRM Hygiene: 100% of leads have stage, next task, and notes; 0 "unknown source"
Schedule
On-site in Salem, AR. Standard office hours with rotating after-hours text/VM coverage.
Compensation & Benefits (it's all about the sales bonuses)
Base Pay: $14.00/hour, 40-hours/wk
Bonuses: Generous weekly performance bonuses tied to clear KPI targets
