JOB SUMMARY:

Our newest exceptional client is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic Landscape Crew leader to join our Landscape Team. Serving as the area's top maintenance landscape company. We have been providing services to the D.C. area for the past 20 years. We are seeking a motivated candidate who can effectively communicate with their growing clientele.

RESPONSIBILITES:

Provide professional lawn and yard maintenance as well as comprehensive landscaping design services to commercial and residential clients throughout the Washington, DC area.

REQUIREMENTS

:

3+ years of professional Landscape Crew leader MUST be within 40 miles radius to the area with knowledge of

NORTHWEST (ZONE 6 &7)

local plants Current and on-going landscape certifications desired, NOT necessary Current and practical working knowledge of landscape maintenance required Spanish speaker required, bilingual desired to communicate with crew member A valid driver's license and a clean driving record required Ability to drive in both day and night conditions Ability to excel as part of a team while working independently

Highly motivated with Effective communication skills with clients

Ability to motivate, develop and direct people as they work Ability to work outdoors and be exposed to all weather conditions Assist in the snow operations as needed Work Permit required

Pay: $21/hour

Must give a referral for the last 3 years.
